* SAVINGS PLAN - Members of HomeCredit will enjoy an automatic payroll deduction facility from their employer. Their contributions will be used to build up the down payment requirement for home acquisition or may also be used for other personal purposes. HomeCredit gives very competitive earning rates that maximize the savings potential.

       Easy Savings Plan (ESP) – An equity build-up program for non-managerial          employees (for Rank & File: 7 years savings term).

        Home Fund Plus (HP) – An equity build-up program designed for supervisory          and managerial employees (for Supervisors & Managers: 2, 3 and 5 years          savings term).

        Individual Savings Plan (ISP) – An investment alternative for savings which          delivers higher yields than market rates. Now available to individuals.

* RENT-TO-OWN Promo - one of our home ownership packages designed to make acquiring a home an affordable and reachable goal for our members. You pay in equal installments as if renting an apartment, but in this case your money goes to acquiring your dream house. Members are given a 5 year period to decide on whether to purchase the house upon approval of the Rent-to-own application. If the rent option is exercised, then monthly rentals will be credited as amortization to the housing unit, thus paying-off part of the loan. The RTO promo offers a unique venue for employees and members to acquire a house with the ease of just renting at affordable rates and ultimately owning the unit, and without the burden and stiff requirements of an immediate mortgage loan commitment.

Move in Fees are as low as php 17,000 inclusive of 2 months* advance rent and monthly rent as low as php 4,100 per month on the first year.

* Paluwagan Loan Plan - this is one of Home Credit's short-term loan package. As the name suggests, it is a "paluwagan" system that you and your other ESP members can avail of. Home Credit takes care of monitoring the ins and outs of the "paluwagan", leaving you with a worry-free experience. This paluwagan loan plan may also be used as an initial deposit to the Rent-To-Own program or to help meet the member's financial needs. The plan offers interim benefits that allow borrowing and saving at the same time.

* Cash Agad Personal Loan - a personal loan facility that any active ESP member can avail of. This is for those companies whose ESP members cannot form a "paluwagan" group to avail of the paluwagan plan. We offer competitive rates to suit your needs.

* Save & Loan for a Home Program - this is a package designed for our Overseas Contract Workers or OFW's who wants to avail of a very affordable housing package but at the same time provide them with a savings facility. The payments are made thru our authorized remittance centers on a monthly basis. Initially available only for the Hongkong OFW's. Please call us for further details on how you may avail of this.
