In its meeting last April 2009, the Board of Directors of HomeCredit approved the declaration of 4% p.a. dividends to all active members as of October 31, 2008 equivalent to more than P3.9 million.

            In 2008, the Company has paid dividends to matured Subscriptions of 399 members with an aggregate subscription price of P30.6 million.

            This brings total declared dividends to more than P17 million since the year 2000.
